For more than 8 years, the GLNME has been driven by the belief that leadership changes everything–When you commit to grow your leadership, everyone around you wins—businesses work for good, communities are transformed and organizations thrive!

Hosting the world’s largest annual leadership event now also in Middle East, The Global Leadership Summit, GLNME reaches hundreds of thousands of leaders in the Gulf Countries & Lebanon each year. Through year-round events and a wealth of “Value add”leadership resources, including articles from world class leadership experts including some of the most popular leadership podcasts in the world, GLNME with its partnership with GLN combines a unique and diverse blend of leadership education, to serve the people here in the Middle East.

Partner between GLN (US) and GLS host sites for the region.
Establish new GLS host sites in the region.
Host and organize GLS Dubai , GLS MiddleEast Online and GLS Next events (Online & In-person).

Our Function.

To resource and equip regional sites hosting GLS.
Ensure host sites fulfill expectations of GLN (US).
Host and facilitate Regional Partner meetings.
Develop & Facilitate Core teams to host and manage GLS in other countries of the region
