High-Performance Learning Journey (HPLJ) is designed for sustained ongoing learning that is designed for group/cohort-based learning and has HPLJ design philosophy fully integrated into the way the learning platform works.

This is specifically designed for group-based learning and has a ‘High-Performance Learning Journey’ design philosophy fully integrated into the way the platform was designed.

The learning is stretched into bite-sized pieces and creates room for easier learning as well as application opportunities for the group as a community or individually.

Cohort with seats of 20-40 participants learning together in small groups on a given topic online

Developing resilient leaders and teams around the world is so needed in the world today.

The Learning Journey is assembled on the Promote International learning platform and is designed for sustained ongoing learning that at the same time builds community. The learning is stretched into bite-sized pieces and creates room for easier learning as well as application opportunities.

You will build relationships with people on this journey that will continue beyond the 6 weeks that you journey together!

Timeline

The journey will be spread over 6 weeks and will consist of a 60-minute Activation Session and Three 90-minute live sessions. It includes pre and post-work assignments requiring up to 2 hours of time commitment per week
