“The hands that heal is holier than the lips that pray” The American Mission Hospital was established as a Christian mission hospital over a hundred years ago as the first hospital in the GCC. Serving God through the serving of mankind through healthcare on Biblical principles is the core mission of the hospital. The GLS platform has been uniquely beneficial in developing leaders within AMH to further multiply leaders to fulfil our mission has been a wonderful experience for all. Each year a team of 50 employees attend the GLN and now actively participate in its leadership development forums to be inspired to become God centered leaders.
For more than 20 years now It has always been on our hearts to equip and raise up emerging leaders this has also be seen by our organization that asked us to become the field strategic coordinators

2017 is still etched afresh in my mind. It was the first GLS I attended in Dubai. Tears streaming down my face in deep inspiration I felt this HAS to be in Saudi Arabia. Starting from November 2017, 2018 and 2019 with the help of the GLS Dubai team, we organized and had sell-out GLS sessions in Saudi Arabia. These sessions have inspired many to seek purpose and change in their lives to make a difference in their own lives and community. This is one of the most impactful leadership conferences I have ever attended. When the pandemic struck with usual resilience and visionary leadership GLS quickly adapted to make it a digital version that we could still benefit from in both 2020 and 2021.
The Global Leadership Summit is an opportunity to go with Christian leadership concepts to many leaders in the Arab world whether church leaders, NGOs leaders, business leaders. Leaders from different background attend the GLS every year and our hope is , that we are helping equip and impact these leaders make a change in the world, because we all know that everyone wins when the leader gets better.
When I look back on my life and examine some of the things that shaped me as a person. The Global Leadership Summit is at the top of the list when it comes to leadership. Each year I come away feeling inspired from the stories and equipped with practical tools that will make me a better leader and maybe more importantly the type of leader that people want to follow. The GLS reminds me that I’m not alone on this journey and we’re all a work in progress.
